Lack of officers in agency We have an official appointment for examination at 9:30 from customs but ayuvedic pharmacist is not free they told us 13:30 pm. While we contact the customs officers to ajust the time they told us to resechule the exams for tomorrow. The things is that storage/demurrage. client will face while delaying the process. Also note that its medicine product and same has a shelf life and is important for the public
